This Privacy Policy explains how TCsweeps collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account and eligibility information

• Full name and email address.
• Password in hashed form.
• State of residence and date of birth.
• Confirmation that you possess valid identification.
• Referral and invitation codes.

Opportunity information

• Opportunities requested and completed.
• Approval, rejection, verification, and re-verification status.
• Notes, screenshots, and submitted proof.
• Credentials assigned for an opportunity.
• Account-transfer records.

Payment information

• Requested payment amount, method, and destination.
• Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Litecoin payment details.
• Payment status and confirmation images.
• Referral credits and payment history.

Communications and technical information

• Chat messages, support requests, and email correspondence.
• Browser push-subscription endpoints and encryption keys, notification preferences, and delivery timestamps when you enable device notifications.
• Mobile number, SMS preferences, consent language and version, and consent or opt-out timestamps when you use the optional SMS information program.
• IP address, browser and device information.
• Login, session, security, and error logs.
• Essential cookies used to maintain your session.

2. Information you should not submit

Unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process, do not upload Social Security numbers, complete bank-account or payment-card numbers, online banking passwords, cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases, unnecessary identity documents, or information belonging to another person.

Before uploading a screenshot, redact unrelated balances, account numbers, private messages, identification numbers, and other unnecessary information.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure accounts; confirm age and location eligibility; administer invitations and referrals; manage opportunities; review evidence; provide verification workflows; calculate and process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; send password-reset, browser-push, email-fallback, and other operational messages; send optional SMS information to clients who consent; maintain consent and preference records; maintain other records; comply with legal obligations; and diagnose or improve the service.

4. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to hosting, storage, email, security, messaging, and technical-service providers; mobile carriers as needed to deliver requested messages; payment services needed for your selected payout; third-party platforms when necessary to complete an authorized opportunity; professional advisers; government authorities when legally required; or a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Operational alerts may be transmitted through Discord, and email delivery may be handled through Titan or another configured email provider.

TCsweeps does not sell personal information for advertising and does not use personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and sessions

TCsweeps uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, secure your account, and preserve site functionality. The current service does not use advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, complete transactions and re-verifications, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Retention periods depend on the nature and sensitivity of the information, why it was collected, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

7. Security

TCsweeps uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information maintained. These may include access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, server monitoring, backups, and restricted administrative access.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact support@tcsweeps.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to information associated with you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information that is no longer required, a copy of certain information, information about applicable disclosures, or review of a denied privacy request.

You can manage device-notification categories and email fallback from your account settings. You can also disable notifications for a device through TCsweeps or your browser or device settings.

You may opt out of the optional SMS information program at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@tcsweeps.com.

Send privacy requests to support@tcsweeps.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

9. Age restrictions

TCsweeps is intended only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 21 to register.

10. State and location restrictions

Registration and opportunities are not available in every state. Location information is used to apply those restrictions.

Selecting an excluded state while presenting a valid beta invitation may generate an administrative alert, but registration remains denied and the invitation is not consumed.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and communicated when required.
